The best approach in copping and managing anxiety is an integrated approach that involves medication, better awereness of antcendats to anxiety provoking situations/events and other selfhelp skills. It is also important to aim at being functional but not anxiety free because anxiety is everybodys experience but its the degree and impact on ones ability to contain and cope and contine to function.
