Dear H,

Many thanks for being brave to share this but more so to seek advise from others.

You have made the first basic but important step by admitting and acknowledging that you have a need/probleem and you wish to sort it out. Well done.

To many this is a step they fails to get at but you have, hence your need to start geting that sense of feeling that you are on the way to Recovery.

HELP:-There are various ways and means people with any form of mental distress could get help or treatment.

1)-YOU---

-Need to to do some work by getting a paper and a pen and write down how you feel at different times of the day,

-If there are situations in the day that you could pin down as a triger to how you feel

-Are there specific times that you thing of world , your life and tasks as huge and cannot change.

Put all these on paper and ask yourself how this could change, what resources you have at hand, is there a freind , family you could share with or check out if they do have such experiences..

2)-Book an appointment with your Phyiscian take your notes with you. Forget not to make npte of your sleeping pattern, appetite, energy levels and as they differ in the day, motivation to do things. Look in you long and recent past if there is an issue you have nopt dealt with it could be trauma of separation or loss.

Make good use and objective use of the that time with yourDr.

Best wishes.

Yedda user.
