Just be true to your self and feel that this is one of the steps to get to gain some insight into practical ways of understanding and dealing with the underlying causes of what made you need this form of help.

Try not to think that its would be a quick fix but a means to a sense of well being through better understanding of questions you have probably been putting across in yourmind:-whay, what, when, how what if or why not etc..

You have gone one step ahead by agreeing to be seen and accepting that there is a need to talk ..
