Dear Zainab

Many thanks fpr courage you took to ask such a question on this space. It sounds that you have a good insight in your mental health needs and you seem to indicate that you apppreciate the pharmacological benefits from your tablets. I just have a suggestion for you, that as you recover on varied dosages of medication to explore the benefits of exercise, and diet regimes in conjuction with your treatment. Have you established a frame work of evaluating your symptoms, if I may ask?  If not try map out what is real symptoms so that you dont confuse them with imagined ones because sometimes fear of them might make us imagine that we are relapsig. Symptoms dont only respond to medcations but also the way we tend to think about them and ourselves in general. These symptoms do respond to changes in our physiology as a result of exercise, what we eat, how we thing and times we eat or how muc we do sleep. What is it that you are doing that might impact on your sleep pattern? What is pre-occpying your mind? How much or less are you doing ......medication is good but not enough......Best regards..
